You don't pay anything extra to get started — the setup fee is the only upfront cost.

Absolutely. Most clients start with one service — usually AI Chatbot or AI Marketing — and add additional services after seeing results. Adding a second or third service to a Starter plan allows you to move to Growth pricing, which saves money compared to paying for services individually. We proactively recommend upgrades when the data supports it.

Monthly management includes: ongoing model maintenance and retraining as your business changes, performance monitoring and alert response, monthly content updates to your knowledge bases, integration maintenance, a performance report with KPIs and action items, and access to support. It also includes any improvements or optimizations we identify during monitoring — proactively, not just on request.

No — platform costs (OpenAI API, Claude API, HubSpot, Zapier, etc.) are separate and billed directly to you at cost. We never mark up platform fees. For most Starter clients, underlying platform costs add $50–$200/month depending on usage volume. We give you a detailed platform cost estimate in your proposal so there are no surprises.

For AI Chatbot implementations specifically, we guarantee measurable deflection of at least 40% of inbound support tickets within 90 days of go-live, or we extend your service for an additional month at no charge. For other services, we set explicit KPI targets in your proposal and hold ourselves accountable in monthly review calls. We don't offer blanket guarantees because results depend on your data quality and cooperation — but we are transparent about what to expect and when.

Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months and receive a 20% discount on the monthly management fee. The setup fee is the same regardless of billing period.
